Some have learned the hard way to behave while on the road, others just don't get it. KCWY News 13 in Casper is no stranger to being put on blast for employees bad parking. They also have a history of failing to handle criticism in the most professional manner. Today, they have once again been caught failing to respect Handicapped Parking Only signs.
